The garden has peaked in ripe deliciousness and so has my happiness along with it! I grew up eating fresh veggies and herbs and this summer is no different. The tomatoes are truly on another level. Here are some pics of its glory and my home-made risotto using zucchini, tomatoes, and basil (all from the garden). Ok, I was completely obsessed with zucchini; it’s such a mild pleasant vegetable that can be used in almost anything (salads, pastas, soups, breads, cake!) There is nothing like natural whole foods. My body says yes, please!
