happy halloween! what did you dress as? no party pics to show because at the time i was partying. ;-) we had VIP passes to the Roosevelt... so fun! (if you are visiting LA ever, I recommend staying there because the hotel has legit party spots, including 'spare room' with a bowling alley and amazing music/dj's, beautiful people etc.) it was awesome seeing my friends dressed up. a halloween reunion extravaganza! hope yours was great and you got tricks and treats :-) i have a feeling this is only round one of halloween ... they close down the street where i live on the 31st and it's freak show madness! :-) YEY!! :-) :-)

for the bedroom

i recently moved and i'm decorating my room. i always have a vision for fashion in terms of what i want to wear and the total look, actually, but interior design is another story. i need photos and inspiration to get there. and then sometimes i'm still a little confused. just kidding. maybe this will help you the way it does me. these are romantic but masculine-ish bedrooms. i not into super girly rooms, esp if i want a man by my side. haha. have an AMAZING day!! xoxo

i love the juxtaposition of a sweet delicate and super feminine lace top with hard edge vinyl pants. makes the look neither one or the other but so chic!

over sized overcoat

the fall 2012 runways were overflowing with the over sized overcoat. if you're having fall weather (we're not- it's sunny and 70 here as usual), i would def consider a beautiful structured, perhaps without tailored shoulders, and slightly over sized coat. margiela for H&M has some great ones too. :-) happy Wednesday!!! xo
